US Blind Hockey Team Announces Lauren Roethlisberger as Athletic Trainer

The United States Blind Hockey Team is pleased to announce the addition of Lauren Roethlisberger as the team’s new Athletic Trainer. She currently provides athletic training services to local high school, collegiate and semi-pro sports programs. Lauren is a National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board Certified Athletic Trainer, a Licensed Athletic Trainer in Wisconsin and possess a Master of Science Degree in Athletic Training from the College of St. Scholastica.

While attending Ashwaubenon High School, Lauren was a three-time all-state hockey player for the Bay Area Ice Bears. She continued her hockey career post-high school by setting records as a forward for St. Norbert College Women’s hockey team (NCAA Division III).

Lauren was on the coaching staff for St. Norbert College Women’s hockey team in De Pere, Wisc., and coaches high school hockey for the girls’ Bay Area Ice Bears. She is actively involved in USA Hockey’s Central District as a counselor and ambassador for growing hockey for women athletes.

Lauren resides in Green Bay, Wisc., and is a current employee of PREVEA (a health care organization that provides high-quality convenient, primary and specialty health care in 80+ locations across Northern, Eastern and Western Wisconsin). Please welcome Lauren to our hockey family!
